Command execution via unsanitized Bazaar README iframe

Cross-site scripting in SiYuan before 3.7.0 allows remote attackers to execute commands when a malicious Bazaar package README is viewed. The Lute sanitizer leaves iframe elements intact, and the Bazaar renderer assigns the resulting HTML to innerHTML without secondary sanitization. No installation is required; viewing package details loads attacker content whose cross-origin API access and Electron Node integration enable commands as the desktop user.
