Currency minting via stale royalty validation
Published Aug 28, 2026 · Updated Aug 28, 2026
Incorrect marketplace settlement in Klever klever-go before 1.7.19 allows remote authenticated users to mint unbacked sale currency. Settlement combines a referral percentage saved at listing time with a mutable royalty percentage read at purchase, then pays both while silently dropping a negative seller remainder. Any funded account can create the required collection and marketplace; repeated signed transactions corrupt token-supply integrity and enabled observed financial theft.
