Cross-origin graph disclosure via wildcard CORS

Permissive CORS in Nrwl Nx 17.0.4 through 22.7.1 and 23.0.0-beta.0 through 23.0.0-beta.1 allows remote attackers to read graph data. The nx graph request handler adds Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * to every response, so an attacker-controlled page can read project graphs and /help output from the localhost server. Exploitation requires nx graph to be running and a developer to visit the page; command execution additionally requires a malicious help target already in the workspace.
