Unauthenticated internal service access via bidder URL injection
Published Jul 29, 2026 · Updated Jul 29, 2026
SSRF in Prebid Server before 4.4.0 allows remote attackers to send HTTP requests to unintended endpoints through crafted bid parameters. Affected bidder adapters interpolate attacker-controlled host or subdomain values into outbound URL templates without rejecting path, query, fragment, user-info, or scheme syntax. No authentication or user interaction is required; reachability depends on an affected adapter being enabled, and requests can reach internal services or sensitive server endpoints.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
