Service interruption via oversized RMI context strings

Uncontrolled resource consumption in OpenTelemetry Instrumentation for Java before 2.27.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via RMI. The ContextPayload.read method calls ObjectInput.readUTF for every key and value while enforcing only an entry-count limit, so aggregate string size drives excessive JVM memory allocation. Reachability requires the Java agent with RMI instrumentation enabled and a network-reachable RMI endpoint; OpenTelemetry does not state whether the interruption is a slowdown, hang, or crash.
