Database password disclosure via double-quote sanitization bypass

Sensitive-data exposure in OpenTelemetry Java Instrumentation before 2.28.0 allows remote authenticated users to disclose database passwords. The JDBC SQL sanitizer does not recognize double-quoted password values in CONNECT statements and consequently records clear-text credentials in trace span attributes exported to observability backends. Reachability requires JDBC auto-instrumentation, a password-bearing statement in the affected form, and access to the resulting span data; the reported consequence is disclosure without data modification or service interruption.
