Account verification bypass via returned codes

Incorrect authorization in ZITADEL allows remote attackers to self-verify email addresses or phone numbers they do not control. The user-v2 email, phone, and human update paths treated returnCode requests as ordinary self-management and returned verification codes without requiring update permission. Affected versions are 2.43.0 through 2.71.19, 3.0.0-rc.1 before 3.4.11, and 4.0.0-rc.1 before 4.15.1; exploitation requires active user interaction and enables bypass of email- or phone-based security policies.
