Stored XSS via unsanitized login-page customization
Published Apr 3, 2026 · Updated Apr 3, 2026
Stored XSS in Casdoor 2.356.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject script through application login-page customization fields. The React login UI passes stored formCss, formCssMobile, and formSideHtml values to dangerouslySetInnerHTML without neutralizing attacker-controlled markup. Application-settings access and a separate user's visit to the affected login page are required; successful exploitation executes script in that user's browser.
