Code execution via unescaped server URL

Code injection in acacode swagger-typescript-api before 13.12.2 allows attackers to execute code via a malicious OpenAPI specification. createApiConfig copies servers[0].url into apiConfig.baseUrl, which the fetch HTTP-client template inserts raw into a TypeScript class-field string. The attacker must control a processed specification and a consumer must import the generated client; the injected static initializer then runs with the importing process's privileges.
