CVE-2026-54658Public exploitNetwork attack vectorHinoki check available

Arbitrary SQL execution via unsafe parameter escaping

Published Jul 28, 2026 · Updated Jul 28, 2026

SQL injection in @hypequery/clickhouse before 2.5.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL through crafted query parameters. In escapeValue(), the string branch leaves backslashes untouched, while the non-scalar branch wraps raw JSON.stringify() output without escaping nested apostrophes. An application is exposed only when user-controlled values reach the documented query APIs; successful injection grants the database permissions held by its ClickHouse connection.
