Pre-auth service interruption via oversized payload allocation

Memory exhaustion in gotd td before 0.145.1 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via a crafted unencrypted MTProto packet. The proto.UnencryptedMessage.Decode method trusts the packet's 32-bit dataLen and allocates that amount before checking the remaining buffer. The unauthenticated handshake path reaches the decoder before credentials or a session exist; impact is limited to memory and CPU pressure or process termination.
