Unauthenticated handler invocation via custom-path token omission

Authentication bypass in Shon Ness pytonapi 2.0.0 through 2.2.0 allows remote attackers to invoke webhook handlers with forged payloads. TonapiWebhookDispatcher.setup() records bearer tokens only for default suffix paths, so process() finds no expected token for a custom path and skips its authentication guard. Exposure requires an application to register a handler with the documented path argument; forged events then reach victim-defined business logic.
