CVE-2026-54568Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Cross-device information disclosure via unchecked target ID

Published Jul 16, 2026 · Updated Jul 16, 2026

Missing authorization in Microsoft UFO 3.0.0 through 3.0.5 allows remote authenticated users to read another device's system information. The WebSocket handler accepts a DEVICE_INFO_REQUEST target_id and returns the matching client's stored system_info without enforcing the constellation role or object ownership. A registered DEVICE client must know the peer device ID; successful access discloses host, network, platform, hardware, and operator-supplied metadata without changing data or interrupting service.
