Internal response disclosure via unvalidated remote downloads

SSRF in Cloudreve before 4.16.1 allows remote authenticated users to read internal HTTP responses through remote downloads. The POST /api/v4/workflow/download path passes each supplied URL to the assigned downloader without rejecting loopback, private, IPv6-localhost, or redirected internal targets. Reachability requires non-admin membership in a group granted remote-download permission, which default normal users lack; fetched responses are imported into the attacker's files.
