Unauthenticated SSRF via unprotected webhook tests

Server-side request forgery in Shane Israel Fireshare before 1.6.16 allows remote attackers to send HTTP POST requests to arbitrary URLs. Two webhook-test API routes invoke outbound HTTP requests with attacker-supplied destinations but omit the login_required decorator. No session is required, exposing internal HTTP services and cloud metadata endpoints reachable from the server.
