Cross-site scripting via unescaped around_render output

Cross-site scripting in ViewComponent 4.0.0 through 4.11.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. ViewComponent::Base#around_render returns replacement strings without the HTML escaping applied to normal #call output, while collection rendering joins results and marks the aggregate html_safe. Exploitation requires an application override that returns attacker-influenced unsafe content in a browser-visible response and victim interaction; successful script execution can read page data or issue same-origin actions.
