Authenticated full-read SSRF via IPv6 transition wrappers

SSRF in Koel before 9.7.1 allows remote authenticated users to read internal HTTP responses via crafted podcast enclosure URLs. The isPublicHost() guard treats NAT64 and 6to4 wrappers of private IPv4 addresses as public, then EpisodePlayable fetches and returns the enclosure body. Exploitation requires a valid Koel account, a controlled podcast feed, and NAT64 or 6to4 routing on the server; exposed data is limited to reachable HTTP responses.
