CVE-2026-54492Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated blind SSRF via unchecked feed URL

Published Aug 19, 2026 · Updated Aug 20, 2026

Server-side request forgery in Koel before 9.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to reach internal HTTP services via podcast feed URLs. The Subsonic createPodcastChannel.view path accepts a user-supplied URL in CreatePodcastChannelRequest.php without the SafeUrl check used by the regular podcast API, and CreatePodcastChannelController then passes it through PodcastService::createParser to Poddle::fromUrl() for an immediate fetch. Subsonic API credentials are required, and the confirmed impact is blind internal request execution against loopback, Docker bridge, and RFC1918 destinations rather than generic response-body disclosure.
