Unauthenticated charger impersonation via duplicate session identifiers

Insufficient session expiration in EVoke CSMS allows remote attackers to impersonate charging stations or interrupt service. The WebSocket backend accepts multiple connections under the same predictable charger identifier instead of enforcing one unique active session. No credentials or user interaction are required; a duplicate connection can receive station-directed commands or overwhelm the backend with valid session requests.
