Persistent service crash via wrapped frame-size calculation

Heap buffer over-read in Orthanc 1.12.10 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the server through a crafted DICOM image. DicomImageInformation::GetFrameSize multiplies UL-encoded Rows and Columns in 32-bit arithmetic until the frame size wraps, then ImageProcessing::Copy uses the declared width as the memcpy pitch and reads beyond the pixel buffer. An unauthenticated host can store the image through default C-STORE access, but a preview request triggers the persistent crash; code execution has not been demonstrated.
