Unauthenticated database compromise via concatenated HTTP parameters

SQL injection in Claudio Pizzillo PIAF-HMS allows remote attackers to read, modify, or delete database records via crafted HTTP parameters. Multiple PHP entrypoints concatenate untrusted GET or POST values directly into SQL strings passed to mysql_query without escaping or parameterization. No authentication is required; the legacy mysql extension prevents stacked statements but not manipulation of the injectable queries.
