Account takeover via unrestricted AzLink token creation
Published Jun 17, 2026 · Updated Jun 17, 2026
Missing authorization in Azuriom CMS before 1.2.11 allows remote authenticated users to take over non-admin accounts via AzLink. Server-management routes protected only by admin.access let such users mint AzLink tokens, whose API authorizes password and email changes without a dedicated admin.servers permission. Exploitation requires an account with admin.access; it permits credential and email replacement for non-admin users, with no reported availability impact.
