Service termination via unbounded Content-Length allocation

Memory exhaustion in Orthanc 1.12.10 and earlier allows remote attackers to terminate the server with a crafted HTTP request. ReadBodyWithContentLength() parses Content-Length into size_t and resizes the entire body buffer without an upper bound before reading body bytes. POST or PUT access is sufficient; authentication is required when enabled, while deployments without HTTP authentication expose the flaw unauthenticated.
