Unauthorized sharing-group assignment via unchecked event edit

Incorrect authorization in MISP before 2.5.40 allows remote authenticated users to assign events to unauthorized sharing groups. The non-REST event edit path accepts a submitted sharing_group_id when distribution selects a sharing group without checking whether the current user can use it. Event-edit permission and a tampered form request are required, enabling restricted group-name disclosure and unauthorized distribution-metadata changes.
