Authenticated email enumeration via submitted AuthKey user ID

Information disclosure in MISP before 2.5.40 allows remote authenticated users to enumerate email addresses through AuthKey edit requests. After failed validation, AuthKeysController::edit queries the user dropdown with the submitted AuthKey.user_id instead of the persisted owner's ID. An account permitted to edit an AuthKey can submit arbitrary user IDs and infer corresponding email addresses from the response.
