Stored XSS via unvalidated Overmind homepage link

Stored cross-site scripting in MISP before 2.5.40 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through an Overmind homepage link. The setHomePage endpoint used setSettingInternal() to bypass homepage validation, and News/index.ctp inserted the stored path into an href without HTML escaping. The Overmind theme, an authenticated account, unread news rendering, and interaction with the crafted link are required; execution is limited to the viewing user's browser context.
