Process crash via unbounded PDB parameter list

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Ghidra before 12.1.3 allows attackers to crash the application by supplying a crafted PDB file. AbstractPdb.deserializeParameters() appends every remaining 32-bit value from PDB stream 1 to an unbounded ArrayList, causing heap exhaustion. Opening or automatically analyzing the file is required, and the resulting OutOfMemoryError terminates the process and halts queued analysis.
