Unauthorized data modification via disabled request-origin checks

Cross-site request forgery in MISP before 2.5.40 allows remote attackers to modify data through an authenticated user's browser. The Server.php setting Security.check_sec_fetch_site_header defaults to false, so POST, PUT, and AJAX requests are not rejected when Sec-Fetch-Site indicates a cross-site origin. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to visit an attacker-controlled page, and successful requests run with that user's privileges against automation endpoints.
