Authenticated internal service reads via DNS rebinding

SSRF in Budibase before 3.39.9 allows remote authenticated users with automation permissions to read internal HTTP services. The outboundFetch flow discards IP addresses accepted by its blacklist check, and node-fetch performs an independent DNS lookup for the socket. An attacker-controlled hostname can resolve publicly during validation and internally at connection time, exposing full response bodies from services reachable by the host.
