Remote collector crash via AVP length underflow

Integer underflow in gopacket 1.6.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash Diameter collectors with crafted AVP lengths. The decodeDiameterAVP function accepts vendor-flagged lengths of 8 through 11 despite a 12-byte header, subtracts in uint32, and passes the wrapped result to make. Any service that parses attacker-delivered Diameter data reaches the allocation without authentication; repeated messages can OOM-kill its process.
