Unauthenticated SSRF via broadened image allowlist regexes
Published Jun 22, 2026 · Updated Jun 22, 2026
SSRF in Astro @astrojs/netlify before 7.0.13 allows remote attackers to fetch image-like resources from unintended hosts or paths. The adapter emits optional-subdomain and unanchored-path regular expressions into Netlify images.remote_images, widening configured matches. Exposure requires a deployed app with restrictive image.remotePatterns; public Image CDN requests can read only image-like resources reachable through the broadened host or path boundary.
