Worker crash via unbounded nested-parameter recursion

Uncontrolled recursion in Faraday 1.0.0 through 1.10.5 and 2.0.0.alpha.pre.1 through 2.14.2 allows remote attackers to crash Ruby workers. NestedParamsEncoder accepts unbounded bracket nesting, builds an attacker-controlled Ruby Hash, and dehash recursively walks it until SystemStackError exhausts the stack. Reachability requires an application to pass attacker-influenced query strings into nested parsing or URL building; the confirmed consequence is a calling thread or worker crash, not code execution or data exposure.
