CORS policy bypass in Hono before 4.12.25 allows remote attackers to read cookie-authenticated responses through a malicious website. The CORS middleware reflects every request Origin, including null, while returning Access-Control-Allow-Credentials and echoing preflight headers. Exploitation requires credentials: true with origin unset or wildcard and a logged-in user to visit an attacker-controlled page, enabling response disclosure and state-changing requests.
