CVE-2026-54264Network attack vector

Credential disclosure via cross-origin redirect header forwarding

Published Jun 22, 2026 · Updated Jun 22, 2026

Information disclosure in Angular @angular/service-worker allows remote attackers to obtain credentials through cross-origin redirects. AssetGroup.newRequestWithMetadata preserves Authorization, Proxy-Authorization, and Cookie headers when rebuilding redirected asset requests for another origin. Exploitation requires a service-worker-enabled application, a credential-bearing asset request, and a cross-origin redirect to an untrusted server.
