Unauthenticated stored XSS via unsanitized feed_data keys
Published Apr 4, 2026 · Updated Apr 4, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in Trustindex Widgets for Social Photo Feed 1.7.9 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts. The plugin accepts attacker-controlled feed_data parameter keys without sufficient input sanitization and later renders them without adequate output escaping. No authentication is required to store the payload, and the script executes in a visitor's browser whenever an affected page is opened.
