Heap disclosure and crash via undersized SAO allocation

Heap buffer overflow in libde265 before 1.1.1 allows remote attackers to disclose heap data or crash decoding via crafted HEVC streams. In apply_sample_adaptive_offset_sequential(), signed 32-bit multiplication wraps the luma buffer size, causing a small allocation that later reads use with the full stride. The stream must declare very large dimensions, 16-bit luma, and SAO; successful processing can copy heap contents into decoded pixels or terminate the consuming application.
