Build-time root code execution via dependency confusion

Dependency confusion in the vLLM Dockerfile before 0.22.1 allows remote attackers to execute code during image builds. The Dockerfile installs flashinfer-jit-cache from a secondary index while globally enabling unsafe best-match selection, so an equal-version PyPI package wins and is later imported as root. Exploitation requires a builder to resolve the attacker-controlled package; resulting images contain a persistent backdoor that can expose prompts, credentials, and model data.
