Password disclosure via reversible access.ini obfuscation

Information disclosure in TeamDavid Webbox through Rollout 524 allows attackers with file access to recover locally created users' passwords. Each per-user access.ini Password field XORs characters with the predictable value 128 plus their index, making the stored value reversible. Exploitation requires server file-system access or access.ini data obtained through another flaw and discloses reusable account credentials.
