Reflected script execution via pagination shortcodes
Published Jun 16, 2026 · Updated Jun 16, 2026
Reflected XSS in Media Library Assistant 3.35 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script in a user’s browser via a crafted request. The 3.36 changelog identifies pagination shortcodes as the affected locus, but the public record does not identify the reflected parameter or missing output-encoding operation. Exploitation requires a user to open attacker-controlled content; successful script execution occurs in that user’s WordPress origin.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
