Internal service access via imageUrl validation bypass

SSRF in Shelf before 1.20.3 allows remote authenticated users to reach internal HTTP services through asset CSV imports. The imageUrl validator accepts suffix, path-keyword, hostname-substring, and redirect bypasses, then uploadImageFromUrl performs an unrestricted fetch and buffers the full response before checking its size. Access requires asset:import permission; requests originate from Shelf’s network context and oversized responses can exhaust server memory.
