Unauthenticated account disclosure via unchecked user_id

Information disclosure in GAO EPDS before 2026-02-22 and CBCA EDS before 2026-03-19 allows remote attackers to read account data. The update-profile/ API endpoint accepts an arbitrary user_id value and returns the selected account's JSON record without authenticating the request or authorizing access to that record. No account is required; disclosed fields include the associated email address, with no reported ability to change data or interrupt either service.
