CVE-2026-54104Network attack vector

Authenticated privilege escalation via unverified role parameter

Published Jun 18, 2026 · Updated Jun 18, 2026

Authorization bypass in GAO EPDS and CBCA EDS allows remote authenticated users to elevate their own account privileges. The applications accept the client-supplied epds_role_id value without server-side verification and assign the requested role to the account. A valid user session is required, and successful exploitation raises only the attacker's own privileges within the affected docketing service.
