Arbitrary password changes via unauthenticated profile endpoint

Missing authentication in GAO EPDS before 2026-02-22 and CBCA EDS before 2026-03-19 allows remote attackers to change any user's password. The /update-profile/N API endpoint processes password-change requests without authenticating the requester or binding the target user to a session. The flaw requires no account or user interaction and permits password replacement for any targeted account.
