Future-file disclosure via nonexistent-path public shares

Incorrect authorization in File Browser before 2.63.7 allows remote authenticated users to expose future files through public shares. The sharePostHandler function saves a share.Link from the requested path without first verifying that an object exists, while public download handling later resolves that stored path against current filesystem state. Share and download permission is required to plant the record; anyone holding its public hash can read a sensitive file later created at that exact path.
