Application crash via unbounded nested-structure recursion

Uncontrolled recursion in Wireshark 4.4.0 through 4.4.14 and 4.6.0 through 4.6.4 allows attackers to crash the application. Mutual calls between dissect_encoded_dictionary() and dissect_encoded_value() parse attacker-controlled nested Monero structures without a depth guard, exhausting the process stack. Triggering requires attackers to inject malformed Monero traffic into an active capture or convince an operator to open a malformed trace, terminating Wireshark or TShark.
