Root file creation and deletion via unvalidated srcip

Path traversal in Wazuh 4.2.0 through 4.14.6 allows attackers to create or delete arbitrary files with root privileges. The script concatenates raw alert JSON srcip data with /ipblock/ without validation, then opens the escaped path in append mode or removes it. It also affects 5.0.0-alpha0 through 5.0.0-beta2; a matching alert must invoke ip-customblock, which runs as root.
