Validator DoS via unbounded PostScript operators

Denial of service in veraPDF-parser before 1.30.2 and 1.31.1 through 1.31.22 allows remote attackers to exhaust validator memory or CPU. CMapParser dispatches attacker-controlled tokens from a Type 0 font /Encoding or /ToUnicode stream to PSOperator, whose array operator allocates an unchecked size and whose for operator accepts a zero increment. Exploitation requires a target to validate the crafted PDF, causing an out-of-memory abort or an unbounded CPU loop in the validation worker.
