OAuth token theft via unvalidated redirect URI
Published Sep 11, 2026 · Updated Sep 11, 2026
Open redirect in Authorizer before 2.2.1 allows remote attackers to steal OAuth tokens through a crafted authorization link. The /authorize handler appends access, ID, and refresh tokens to an unvalidated redirect_uri and returns a 302 response to that destination. Exploitation requires a logged-in user to open the link, after which the redirected tokens permit impersonation for their valid lifetimes.
