Memory disclosure via undersized mmap row stride

Out-of-bounds read in Pillow before 12.3.0 allows remote attackers to disclose process memory via a crafted McIdas AREA image. McIdasImagePlugin derives dimensions, offset, and row stride from header words, while PyImaging_MapBuffer maps rows without requiring the stride to span a full pixel row. Exposure requires an application to open the file by path through the mmap raw codec and access decoded pixels; the read can leak adjacent memory or fault the worker.
