Full-read SSRF via unvalidated redirected URL import

Server-side request forgery in Transmute before 1.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to read internal HTTP resources via URL import. The POST /api/files/url path passes a user-controlled URL to HttpDownloader.download, which follows redirects and streams responses without validating resolved destinations. Any authenticated account, or a guest when guest access is enabled, can store and retrieve content reachable from the server, including loopback, cloud-local, and internal services.
